Quality Management

Grand Bsteel has made significant investments in advanced automation and modern production technologies to deliver steel pipes and fittings that meet international quality standards. Step 1: Equipment

Grand BSteel has has made significant investments in advanced automation and production, to produce international standard good quality steel products by the internationalization of the production facilities. Our advantage and sophisticated productive equipment ensure the quality of the pipe and tube.

Step 2: Raw Material Verification

Quality begins at the melt. Management ensures that the stainless steel billets used have the correct chemical composition. Verifying the precise levels of Chromium, Nickel, Molybdenum, and Carbon to make sure the chemical composition fix the standard and grade requests.

Step 3: Production Control

Heating Temperatures: Ensuring the billet is at the optimal plasticity to prevent internal tearing during piercing. Real-time monitoring of wall thickness and outer diameter using laser measurement systems. Managing the heat treatment cycles to restore the crystalline structure of the steel and removing surface scales to ensure corrosion resistance.

Step 4: Testing and Inspection Protocols

This is the most critical phase, where non-destructive and destructive tests confirm the integrity of the tube. Eddy Current Testing to detect surface and sub-surface flaws. Ultrasonic Testing to check for internal voids or wall thickness inconsistencies. Hydrostatic Testing through pressurizing the pipe with water to ensure it won't leak or burst under service conditions.
